After taking up real tennis at 40 and carrying too much weight I was suffering with injuries and lack of flexibility. After working with Tom in the summer he developed customized exercises and stretches together with a suggested daily routine that has dramatically improved my leg strength, movement around court and ability to compete in longer rests.
